Displaying One Cell from a Table

Hello,

How would I display only one cell from within a table in a report?

Here is my example -

DISPLAY

Don't Display

In this case, I would like to choose and only display the cell from row 2 column 2.

I see that I can restrict a table to only show specified columns, but I don't see a similar ability to limit the row.
