Report version and last modification date

Dear Mail & Deploy Team,

We would like to use Mail & Deploy within GMP-regulated processes in a highly challenging pharmaceutical environment.

For compliance and traceability purposes, we need to be able to display, directly in generated PDF reports, metadata such as:

  • the report last modification date
  • the report version identifier

I tried to achieve this through the API using a Global Module. This approach works partially, as I can currently retrieve the Version ID. This is already very useful since it allows comparison against a validated reference value.

However, having native functions or built-in variables to directly access:

  • the report modification date
  • the current report version
  • identification of the last modifier

would be extremely valuable and much more efficient for regulated GMP use cases and audit readiness.


In addition, the presence of an audittrail tracing every report/task/datasource creation/modification would be amazing.
