How to get the file size of an external file?

Note: on available when using Mail & Deploy on-prem.

In order to get the file size of an external file, the .NET function FileLen can be used.

The size is specially important when sending files via email as many Email Servers have the 25MB attachment limitation. Something like this could be implemented:
