Recipients are persons who enjoy a report provided by M&D, that is, a person can receive it per email, via FTP,  Sharepoint, File Server, M&D Hub, have a license to Qlik Sense (and therefore could use the M&D Extension), etc,  etc.

The Standard edition supports up to 250 recipients, the Plus up to 500 and the Enterprise edition unlimited recipients.
