If the Designer is not opening in Mail & Deploy, it can hinder your ability to create and manage reports. Here’s a quick guide to help you troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
Issue:
When pressing the icon to open the Designer, nothing happens, the Mail & Deploy Designer is not opening.
Resolution:
Please download the Designer in the Management Console -> Reports -> DOWNLOAD DESIGNER
Open the designer.zip file and double-click the file Designer Installer.exe
