What to consider if using a reverse proxy with Mail & Deploy on-premise?

If you want to use a reverse proxy with Mail & Deploy on-premise, consider:
  1. Use only root redirects.
  2. Update the FQDN in M&D Management Console > Settings > Server > FQDN.
  3. It is recommended to run M&D in HTTPS with port 443. This can be configured in M&D Management Console > Settings > Server > Network.
  4. With version 3.6.8 and above, you can find extra logs in these folders that can help debug issues with the designer when using a reverse proxy. 
Note: Press the Download Designer button and run the installer one time after upgrading/installing version 3.6.8.
    1. C:\Users\<your_user>\AppData\Local\Mail And Deploy\Designer\logs
    2. C:\Users\<your_user>\AppData\Local\Mail And Deploy\Designer\xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx\Logs
