Connect a client to a server running in another domain (version 2)

1. Erase the folders in C:\Mail & Deploy\Client\Data\Configuration\Users
   
   
2. Add the line

   <Setting Category="Authentication" Name="AllowCustomWindowsAccountName" Value="String:True" />

   to the client's Settings.XML

                           

3. Start the client and use an account that can be authenticated in the Server that is running Mail & Deploy
