PPT Smart Art Objects seem not to be currently working with Mail & Deploy. If you put a %% %% Element in a smart art it is not converted into the report element during the report creation process.

Yes exactly!
I currently solve this withan overlay box over the smart art. But the smart Art would automatically manage Font Size etc.
Currently i have to estimate the maximal text load per element so that i do not go out auf Bound of the individual field of the smart art.

So you mean you have a smart art (something like a flow chart etc.) and you want to have text inserted by Mail & Deploy using %%<code>%% syntax referencing Expression Elements? Or do you also want to add charts/images etc.?
