I need to capture the user who is logged in in Mail & deploy to send it as a parameter when the user executes a task

Hi Davinson, you can create a new parameter (e.g. "User"), then choose the Type "Drop-Down-Field" and the source "Name of the user". Unfortunately the attached Screenshot is in German, but I hope it still helps you with your task:
