Hi All,
I'm having the tasks through cycle to send email to specific sales rep emails and that is working. Now we need to keep the CC of the task email that is based on the specific field value which is associated from cycle task. I'm trying the option as showed in the attached screenshot. But it's not working. Could you please help me on this?
All the information are present in QS native app. Based on the specific BU, which is associated to sales rep, I need to add specific users in CC
