After configureing M&D to use Azure AD as a user directory will new M&D developers log in with their Azure AD password or will they need a local M&D login password?

Yes, the designers are also users of M&D. You could create an AD group called M&D designers, and you’ll get a M&D group M&D designers with the corresponding members, does it make sense?
