Add A Filter onto the Value Tables

I’d like to be able to add a filter to a Value Table?

My current usecase is that I have 2 Large APPS with one being Larger than the others.  The only difference in the two APPS is one has  RecType = Std and the other has RecType = Std or Enh.

The reason for the same app where one just has more records is because that is the field the Value Table Uses for Parallelization of 5 processes.  

If I could add a Filter to the Value Table then I could have just 1 APP  (the one with Std and Enh records in it) and then I would just be able to run the Parallel simply on the records I need it to run on.
