How to troubleshoot the error 'ERR_CONNECTION_RESET' ?

If you get the error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET when trying to open M&D Management Console, or M&D Hub, try the following instructions to troubleshoot.
1. Make sure there is a Thumbprint in the Settings ® SERVER ® GENERAL
2. In the server that runs M&D server: Run the following command in CMD
netsh http show sslcert ipport=0.0.0.0:14998
The Certificate Hash should match the Thumbprint in point 1.
3. In the server that runs M&D server: Run MMC ® File ® Add/Remove Snap in... ® Certificates ® Computer account ® Local computer, browse to Console Root ® Certificates (Local Computer) ® Personal ® Certificates and find the certificate that has the Thumbprint of Point 1 and Point 2.
Double-click the Certificate en check the Details tab
The Thumbprint in the properties should match the ones in Point 1 and Point 2.
