Does Mail & Deploy look at any of my data?

Mail & Deploy needs access to the data to generate the reports and does transfer data outside the client site (by email/ftp/save as/etc), but ONLY as defined by the client. 

Data that is used in Mail & Deploy reports is sourced solely from Qlik applications. Since all data must be sourced from a Qlik application, Mail & Deploy leverages the existing security controls of both QlikView and Qlik Sense to extract and deliver data to end users.

Note: The license check is done offline.
