How to create password protected PDFs?

To create password-protected PDFs using Mail & Deploy, please follow these steps:

(1) In the Create Report Document Action -> FILE TYPE -> Adobe PDF Document

(2) Go to SETTINGS -> Has User Password or Has Owner Password
