If Windows Authentication isn't working in Mail & Deploy, it can affect your access and security. Here’s a brief guide to help you troubleshoot and fix the issue:

Please login to the server running Mail & Deploy server with a DOMAIN ADMIN windows account and run the following instructions as Administrator:Command Prompt window:

setspn.exe -a http/hostname.domain.com domain\user
setspn.exe -a http/hostname  domain\user

- "domain\user" is Mail & Deploy service account
- "hostname" is the Device name of the server that is running Mail & Deploy server (in this case, the server you are logged in)
- "hostname.domain.com" is the Full device name of the server that is running Mail & Deploy server (again, the server you are logged in)

This allows the service account to forward authentication requests to the domain controller.
