When the uninstallation of Mail & Deploy fails, for example, if one of the files was still open, it is necessary to uninstall it manually.

Steps to manually uninstall Mail & Deploy

  • if the Mail & Deploy service is running in Services.msc, delete it by running as administrator a CMD window and using the following command:

sc delete "Mail & Deploy"

  • if the Mail & Deploy folder is still present
    • check the subfolder Printer and run as administrator the file unins000.exe
    • delete all files and folders
  • if the entry Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MailAndDeploy\R3 is present in Regedit.exe, delete the entry

Mail & Deploy should be uninstalled.
