What to do if getting the error The window of the Microsoft PowerPoint presentation could not be found?

In version 3.5.13, when opening a Powerpoint template in the designer the following error might occur: The window of the Microsoft PowerPoint presentation could not be found.

3. Copy the downloaded file to "C:\Mail & Deploy\Data\Designer\Designer.zip" 

4. Open the Designer as usual (no need to re-download it)
